No complains at all, the venue met requirements, do recommend it. The staff were really helpful as I expected. I reached the metro station within 10 minutes on foot.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the college where I was attending a conference, which saved me a lot of time commuting. the staff were friendly and approachable, especially Phindile who was extremely helpful with any queries I had. the breakfast, although basic, was good enough to start my day.

My overall experience was not as good as I hoped. the area surrounding the hotel was unsafe, with litter piling up in the streets and people hanging around.
